Exchange Policy/Return Policy
- Product Exchanges and returns would be delivered at the customer’s expense to our warehouse. Free Shipping on orders above 1999 PKR
- Return Shipments to our warehouse address :
- Returns would be processed for genuine product issues or incorrect deliveries on account of seller. All returns and exchanges need to be communicated with customer care before return
- Exchanges can be made for genuine product issues i.e. wrong size, color etc. only with in 30 days of product receipt, arranged and delivered by the customer
- The returned article must be in its original condition, packing, accessory matched by our return form, highlighting the reason of return/exchange.
- Returned Items can be compensated via discount vouchers and credit vouchers. We do not offer cash refunds, unless otherwise , in case of unforeseen circumstances.
- Sale/discounted items are not exchangeable
- Actual products can vary from the images, pictures on account of lighting, props and digital photography, hence returns and exchanges will not be exercised for minor deviations in color and product outlook.
- Returns will be accepted as per illustrated return conditions. Products will not be returned in case they do not meet the return criterion
- Exchanges need to be communicated with in 30 days of product receipt. For exchanges, kindly return the consignment with the invoice, return form and complete components with each article
- In case you have received an incorrect product from our side, send us the product back and we shall compensate your experience with an adequate exchange, credit or discount voucher.
- Articles at 50% and above are not exchangeable for sale orders ( Note: Cosmetics articles are not exchangeable.)
You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable. Rilancio has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
